We are looking for a caring and responsible assistant for an 11-year-old boy. The child has an autism spectrum disorder. He is calm and non-verbal. Preferably the candidate has experience communicating with or working with children on the autism spectrum, which will help to better understand the child's needs and communicate with him easily. Work schedule: from 12:00 to 18:00–19:00. Main duties: pick the child up from school; study with him at home for 1–2 hours; take him to the therapy centre on the appropriate days; on days without therapy, go for walks and spend pleasant time with him. Location: Vake. Pay: lari. This is a home care programme funded by the municipality. The family will provide full support and assistance. The main days off are Saturday and Sunday. Although the programme also covers Saturdays and Sundays, the parents are with the child themselves on those days, and except for rare exceptions no assistant will be needed.
